Privacy Policy

The short version

Your customization settings live in your browser. If you never buy Premium, RoPlus needs no account and collects nothing about you. If you do buy Premium, we hold the minimum needed to run a subscription: your email and your plan status. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we never see your Roblox password or card number.

1. What stays on your device

All customization — your layout, colors, saved themes, and any image or video wallpaper you upload — is stored locally in your browser's extension storage. Wallpapers are never uploaded to us; they stay on your machine.

2. What we collect if you create a RoPlus account

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe shares with us only what a merchant needs: the fact of payment, the subscription's status, and a customer reference. Stripe's own privacy policy covers their processing. Billing addresses are collected by Stripe to calculate applicable tax.

4. What we don't do

5. Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Email roplusextension@gmail.com from your account email to delete your account and its data; we complete deletion within 30 days (Stripe retains transaction records as required by financial regulations). Uninstalling the extension removes all locally-stored settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Since we hold so little, the fastest route for any of these is the same: email us and we'll handle it.

7. Children

RoPlus Premium purchases require agreement to these policies; if you're under the age where you can consent to them yourself (16 in most places), a parent or guardian must make the purchase and manage the account.

8. This website

This site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Pages load the Nunito typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard font request (including your IP address) to Google — see Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider may keep routine server logs.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
