Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel anytime, in two clicks
Open the Customize drawer on any Roblox page → your account card → "Manage subscription". That opens your secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel immediately. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling never cuts you off early, and nothing further is charged.
14-day refund on your first purchase
If Premium isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase — monthly, annual, or lifetime — and we'll refund it in full, no questions, no forms. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically (lifetime never renews). If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it in full. The easiest way to avoid unwanted renewals is to cancel in the billing portal — you'll still keep every day you paid for.
How to request a refund
- Email roplusextension@gmail.com from the email on your RoPlus account.
- Include the word "refund" — that's genuinely all we need.
- We respond within 2 business days.
The fine print
- Refunds outside the 14-day windows are at our discretion — but if something on our side broke and support couldn't fix it for you, we'll make it right regardless of timing.
- Statutory rights in your country (e.g. EU 14-day withdrawal) are not limited by this policy.
- Founder perks are free goodwill benefits and have no cash value.
